I have been using this toner for two months now and I think it’s finally time for me to give it a review.
Pyunkang Yul has been steadily making its way up to be one of the crowd favorites. I myself have just recently discovered this brand because it was on sale but of course, before buying any skincare product I had to do some mad research.
Pyunkang Yul is developed by then renowned Pyunkang Oriental Medicine Clinic in South Korea (a popular institution known for treating atopic skin disorders). The brand opted to remove all unnecessary chemical substances from their products. Each and every ingredient used by Pyunkang Yul has been selected for being the most gentle and safe for skin focusing on what’s safe and necessary for the skin.

Php 580.00 (100ml)
When I bought this it was actually on sale on Go Bloom and Glow. It only cost me less than 300Php for the 100ml! It was a good save on my part. I recommend you become a member of them so you can be notified of their sale events as they usually have awesome discounts. They are my go-to when it comes to buying Korean Cosmetics. You can check them out here.
You can also use my special discount coupon when you shop: SABS100
*This coupon offers ₱100 OFF for a minimum purchase of ₱1000, single-use only.
As of now, Go Bloom and Glow does not ship outside of the Philippines. So, for my international readers, you can get this product over at Althea Korea.
Despite it not having any water in their ingredients, the texture is basically like water.
I love how simple and straight-forward this toner is. I mean, it only has 5 ingredients! Every time I spritz it onto my face, it’s very refreshing and I like how it feels on my skin. I didn’t experience any breakouts too which is obviously a plus.
-Simple, non-complicated ingredients
-Did not break me out
-Safe for all skin types
-On the pricey side
-Will not actively help reduce any skin concern like acne and hyperpigmentation
